F-Secure’s B2B Digital Marketing team is looking for experienced and enthusiastic E-commerce manager to set-up, manage and oversee online sales for small business customers internationally. E-com manager will have the ownership of B2B online sales at F-Secure’s Corporate Security business line. E-com manager is responsible of design, customer experience, technical implementation launch, reporting and successful day-to-day operations of B2B e-commerce activities. You will be working closely with business development, product management, customer care and digital marketing teams. You have entrepreneurial can-do attitude and track record of successful e-commerce operations.
• Business ownership of international B2B e-commerce
• Establish direct online sales channel for F-Secure Corporate Security products with selected e-commerce solution provider.
• Create online sales strategy for selected F-Secure Corporate Security products including business targets, tech roadmap and customer acquisition strategy with commercial targets.
• Execute the planned strategy precisely
• Oversee the technical development, roadmap and integrations of online sales in collaboration with web team, digital marketing team and e-commerce solution provider.
• Run successful customer acquisition for B2B online sales together with B2B digital marketing experts.
• Own the analytics and reporting of online sales together with marketing analyst.
WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?
• 2+ years of experience in running successful e-commerce operations, preferably in B2B environment.
• 2+ years of digital marketing / customer acquisition experience (conversion optimization, traffic building, customer journey understanding)
• Track record on running successful e-commerce activity, preferably in B2B
• Strong technical understanding of e-commerce solutions and marketplace integrations
• Understanding and experience of marketing automation and CRM solutions and integrations with e-commerce solutions.
• Excellent English both written and spoken (company language is English)
• Excellent team player with can-do attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a multi-cultural environment with multiple stakeholders and teams simultaneously
